He hit a six with his debut movie Sixer, and thereafter, he has been on song despite a few failures since 2007.

The Dynamic Prince of Sandalwood, Prajwal Devaraj’s Arjuna also marked another great performance where he even shared the screen with his father Dynamic Hero Devaraj.

The actor who celebrated his birthday this week, speaks to Bengaluru Chronicle even as he awaits back-to-back releases — Bhujanga followed with Madha Mathu Manasi before he scores a boundary with Chowka, which marks the 50th production of veteran Dwarkish’s prestigious banner Dwarkish Chitra.

“This year has been great, and the films to come also seem very promising. This is my tenth year in the industry, and my 25th film set for release. I am very happy with the way things are panning out,” says Prajwal, who is on a trip with his family exploring North India. He is back soon for the promotions Bhujanga, starring Meghana Raj.

Apart from his tenth year and reaching another landmark in his career with his 25th film, it has been a good year personally too. After his marriage to his long-time friend Ragini Ramachandran, things have been love filled.

“Last year was special with Arjuna receiving a good response, as I shared screen space with my father. I had a great time and it was also a learning experience. My wedding, of course, was the clincher. She remains my best friend and my parents are thrilled at finding a daughter in her. Everything has been the same post the wedding, apart from the fact that we stay together now,” says the actor.

“Bhujanga is going to release this month and then Madha Mathu Manasi. We are almost done with Chowka as it has just another three days of shooting left,” adds Prajwal, who loves adventure and often heads for long rides along with a bunch of his friends.

Despite Neenade Naa, which was an average release from his home banner, the Dynamics Stars from his family, are doing fairly well with his father surging ahead with a good performance-oriented role. Devraj Sir, features in an important role as a cop in the upcoming venture starring Vinay Rajkumar in Run Antony.

Apart his films, his wife, and family, Archie comics keeps Prajwal busy when he is not shooting or on a long ride on his expensive two wheeler. He shares that it was Sanjay Dutt’s love for bikes that made him turn a bike lover. He signs off from Manali, where he is on a vacation, while he scours the market for a pair of cool sun glasses, another of his passions. Happy Birth day to the Dynamic Prince.
