Rashmika Mandanna to Lead Action Thriller Mysaa in Fierce Tribal Role

National crush Rashmika Mandanna is all set to headline a power-packed, female-led action entertainer titled Mysaa, directed by debutant Rawindra Pulle. Mounted on a grand Pan-India scale by Unformula Films, the high-budget project promises a never-seen-before avatar of Rashmika in a culturally rich and emotionally intense role.
The film was officially launched with a traditional pooja ceremony in Hyderabad today. Veteran producer Suresh Babu gave the ceremonial clap, while Ravi Kiran Kola switched on the camera. Director Hanu Raghavapudi handed over the script and directed the muhurat shot. Regular shooting begins tomorrow in Hyderabad, with Rashmika joining the team from day one.
Mysaa is pitched as a high-octane emotional action thriller rooted in the world of the Gond tribes. Rashmika will portray a Gond woman, delivering a transformative performance packed with raw intensity and cultural depth.
Cinematography will be handled by Shreyaas P Krishna, known for Suriya’s Retro, while action sequences will be choreographed by AndyLong, celebrated for his work in Kalki 2898 AD. The film’s striking first-look poster and intriguing premise have already sparked strong buzz among audiences.
