Actress Rashmika Mandanna, who recently took a break from work after suffering a hip injury, has slowly started making public appearances again. While the actress has looked much better in her recent outings, her latest appearance at the Epic trailer launch has raised some concern.
Rashmika arrived at the event and appeared to be in some discomfort while stepping out of her car. She also seemed to have difficulty walking onto the stage. While this does not necessarily indicate that her injury has returned, the way she moved suggested that she may not have fully recovered yet.
The actress had earlier revealed that a tendon in her hip snapped while she was shooting for Mysaa, forcing her to stay away from the sets for around six weeks. She had recently indicated that she was ready to resume work, with a packed schedule ahead.
With films such as Ranabaali and Mysaa lined up, Rashmika has demanding schedules ahead of her. It would perhaps be wiser for the actress to take whatever additional rest is required and return to work only when she is completely comfortable. Rushing back to the sets during recovery could put unnecessary strain on the injury.
A source says, “She is following the doctor’s advice and was advised that she could step out. As far as shooting is concerned, she will take a call at the right time.”
