Elvish Yadav's First Confession After Winning Bigg Boss OTT 2

Elvish Yadav etched his name in history by clinching the title of Bigg Boss OTT 2 champion. His victory marked a significant milestone as he became the first individual to secure the coveted trophy after making an impactful entry as a wildcard contestant. Through his stint in the house, Elvish not only entertained but also won over the hearts of viewers. Following his triumphant moment, he engaged in a candid conversation with Hindustan Times in the film city.

Reflecting on his victory in Bigg Boss OTT 2, Elvish, known for his forthrightness, openly shared his confidence during the final round. With a chuckle, he stated, "I knew jeetunga toh mai hi (I knew I was going to win)… maybe." However, the uncertainty lingered as he explained, "Abhishek (Malhan) was quite strong. He was in the house since the beginning with the support of his million followers. It was like uske jeetne ke chances hai poore poore (he had a fair chance). But, I never said that I will be a one-sided winner."

Now that Elvish is liberated from the confines of the house, one might assume he has grand celebrations in mind. However, his immediate plan is quite simple. "I will head home and sleep for 24 hours. Inside the house, there was an alarm and we couldn’t sleep because of that." The journey to victory was anything but easy for Elvish, as he encountered various challenges. He shared, "My journey was filled with ups and downs. There was anger too."

In one episode, Salman criticized Elvish for his remarks towards Bebika. This incident prompted a significant introspection and transformation within him, particularly concerning his approach towards women. The winner of Bigg Boss OTT 2 acknowledged, "Of course, I had changes in me. I have started accepting things. I controlled my anger. A lot in my life has changed after this show, no doubt." Notably, Elvish's emotional response to seeing his mother during his time in the house revealed a profound connection. He admitted, "My mummy is my weakness so because of that I got emotional."

The days spent inside the Bigg Boss household the potential to reshape lives for better or worse. Elvish, as the season's victor, shared his most significant takeaway. "Maine seekha patience (My biggest takeaway is patience). This especially happened when we used to wait for tasks. I would just sit and wait for Bigg Boss to announce the task. That waiting period was very challenging. I will take that with me in life."
