Manchu Manoj is making a comeback with the film Bhairavam, which was released in theaters today. During the movie's promotions, Manchu Manoj spoke about films he had missed out on, which later went on to become blockbuster hits at the box office.
In one of his interviews, Manchu Manoj mentioned the films he let go: "Sampath Nandi approached me for Racha, but it didn’t work out. Later, Ram Charan did it, and I am happy for him."
He also shared that Arjun Reddy was offered to him in 2013, but he was busy with his film Potugadu. "Sandeep Reddy Vanga narrated the story to me, but due to personal reasons, I wasn't able to work with him. I regret missing the chance to work with him for Arjun Reddy. It would have been nice if we had worked together," he said.
Manchu Manoj further revealed that he was the first choice for Deva Katta’s Autonagar Surya, but he couldn't do it, and the role later went to Naga Chaitanya.
After a long hiatus, Manoj is back with Bhairavam, which also stars Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas and Nara Rohith in lead roles.
