One of the most memorable films in actor Naga Chaitanya’s career, Love Story, is all set for a theatrical re-release on February 14, marking Valentine’s Day. The romantic drama remains a milestone film for the actor, showcasing him in a refreshing avatar as a folk dancer from a Telangana village.

Directed by Sekhar Kammula, Love Story presented Naga Chaitanya in a completely new light. His emotional performance resonated deeply with audiences, earning praise from critics, fans, and movie lovers alike. Reflecting on the decision to re-release the film, producer Suneil Narang said, “It was one of the most talked-about romantic dramas, and we are re-releasing it because there is a strong fan base for this cult love story.” He also praised director Sekhar Kammula for his scripting and execution, calling him a class apart, gentle, and highly professional. “He takes time to pen scripts, but once ready, he is fully committed to execution,” he added.

Sai Pallavi delivered a powerful performance as the female lead, and her on-screen chemistry with Naga Chaitanya added emotional depth to the narrative. The film’s theme of love transcending caste and class differences made it even more heartwarming. Director Sekhar Kammula portrayed rural Telangana life with honesty and sensitivity, which became one of the film’s strongest highlights.
