Natania Teams Up with Aadil Abedi for Dreamy New Single Senti
A whimsical ode to the madness of new love, Senti blends pop charm with Indo-Western visuals and Arabic calligraphy in a cross-cultural music video.

Genre-bending singer-songwriter Natania returns with her latest single Senti, a sparkling exploration of the heady emotions that come with falling in love. Released as part of DESI TRILL’s Brown Is Everywhere Vol. 2 EP, Senti offers a vivid sonic experience that marries playful storytelling with honest vulnerability.
Described as an “anthem for hopeless romantics,” the track captures the surreal yet relatable phase when a crush turns into daydreams about the future. “It’s about that first meeting where you already start envisioning a future together without even knowing them,” says Natania. “It’s a celebration of the delightful madness of being sentimental.”
The song’s effervescent production, crisp hooks, and Natania’s ethereal vocals blend seamlessly to create a track that’s as introspective as it is danceable. The accompanying music video, shot in Los Angeles, takes Senti to new visual heights, thanks to a first-time collaboration with celebrated artist and calligrapher Aadil Abedi.
Known for his modern take on Arabic calligraphy and collaborations with icons like Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Riz Ahmed, Abedi brings a unique artistic flair to the video. His striking calligraphic set piece, featured throughout the visuals, adds depth to the quirky, Indo-Western fashion-forward love story.
“Bringing my calligraphy into a music video for the first time was magical,” said Abedi. “Creating a space where my art could breathe alongside Natania’s music was incredibly special.”
DESI TRILL co-founder Shabz Naqvi praised the track, saying, “Natania continues to impress with her blend of cultural roots and modern pop. Senti is fun, fresh, and heartfelt.”
With Senti, Natania further cements her status as a rising global pop artist, following her recent appearance on The Smurfs soundtrack with DJ Khaled and Cardi B.
