Fans greeted A.R. Rahman and Resul Pookutty with cheer when they arrived at T-Hub, Hyderabad, to interact with fans as part of the IIFA Utsavam 2017, on Tuesday. A panel discussion was held with the two stalwarts along with Jayesh Ranjan, who answered questions about topics like innovation in music, and more.
The highlight of the session was when a technical glitch made the sound engineer Resul Pookutty himself walk up to the console and fix the problem. When Rahman asked if the T-Hub was a government building and the audience replied in the affirmative, he said, “I love the Government of Telangana already!” He ended the session with a lovely song.
