Krishna was initiated into the art, technque and aesthetics of flute playing by his father .V.N.Bhandari. Krishna is one of the leading flautists in the country and a senior disciple of flute maestro and music composer Pt Raghunath Seth. He is a regular performing artiste with AIR and Doordarshan has a masters Degree in Music - Sangeet Alankar. His style reflects a unique blend of fluency and melody with systematic Badhat giving due weightage to both Gayaki and Gatkari.
