Hriday Gattani to release single 'Uljha' under Vishal Dadlani's label

Mumbai: At 25, he's already had AR Rahman and Vishal Dadlani vouch for him, take him under their watchful wings and give him two beautiful songs. But Hriday Gattani is not one to stop.

And now he is gearing up to release his next single, 'Uljha,' under Vishal Shekhar's label VLT (Vishal Likes This), and the promising musician can barely contain his excitement.

“I have been spending the last two years writing original music. I met Vishal sir during 2015’s NH7 Weekender, where I had performed. He is extremely supportive of independent music and wants to give exposure to good independent music via his music label VLT (Vishal Likes This). Later on in January, we met up again, and I played a few of my songs, of which 'Uljha' impressed him the most. I was extremely excited," he said.

Elaborating on Vishal's influence in realising his dreams, Hriday added, "Though Vishal sir hasn’t contributed to the song as a performer, his goodwill and support has been extremely instrumental in its production. The song has been produced by Blackstarblues’ Warren Mendonsa and will be released exclusively by VLT and my father’s label, DG.”

The song is set to release officially on Friday, and Hriday can't wait for his fans and music lovers to listen to it.
