Kanye West is being sued, yet again. This time by a composer who claims the rapper has ripped his sample and hasn’t been compensated adequately.
Hungarian composer, Gabor Presser, has insisted that Kanye’s single New Slaves features his samples. Presser says Kanye reached out to him in 2013 before the song released for using his samples. While, he agreed to the request, it was only on the condition that they would be arranging for a formal deal soon.
According to documents acquired by TMZ, Presser claims Kanye gave him an advance of $10k initially, which he still hasn’t cashed in on. And hence, he is suing the rapper for at least $2.5 million.
