Drake's album tops charts

This is the second time he has taken the top position.

Rapper Drake’s single One Dance completed six weeks at the top of the charts and in doing so became the longest running number one of 2016.

The rapper’s album, Views, also managed to upstage Beyonce’s Lemonade by just under 800 sales to take the top spot, making it a double victory for the rapper. This is the second time he has taken the top position.

The singles chart also saw a close race. Justin Timberlake’s Can’t Stop The Feeling was leading the chart until mid-week, only to eventually be toppled by Drake’s One Dance. Calvin Harris and Rihanna’s latest collaboration, This is What You Came For is at number three.
