After working relentlessly for months, Chai Met Toast has come out with a new song, replete with its most ambitious video yet. The song evokes the warrior and ninja in each of us.
Behind this magnificent song is an effervescent team. Directed by Ganesh Raj, the maker of Aanandam, the video is a testament to his creativity. The impeccable frames in the video are the handiwork of Anend C. Chandran, who had handled the camera for Premam.
The rest of the crew comprise Ashwini Kale (art director), Mehek Malhotra (designs/creatives/VFX/titling), Nidhin Raj Arol (editor) and Anna Ben (costumes). MadGenius Productions in association with Lighthouse Media has produced the song. Meanwhile, the sound mixing has been done by Vivek Thomas.
Perhaps the most interesting part is that the entire project is funded by the money the band made from all its gigs.
The song revolves around the story of four artists — a painter, a boxer, a mime artist, and a supermodel. It reflects the change in their life from monochrome to the triumphant colours of the rainbow.
