One Girl Shy — We're All Mad Here
Bengaluru-based alternative folk band One Girl Shy, featuring Akhilesh Kumar, Kevin Vineeth Kumar, Kerrie Smith, Shravan Sridhar, Archana Iyer, and Megha Shankar are set to release their debut album We're All Mad Here, early this November. Founded in September 2014 by Akhilesh Kumar. The debut album, which entails eight songs, is an amalgamation of things people talk about, but don't necessarily give enough thought to. In Akhilesh's words, this album is, “An amalgamation of my ideologies, the band's ideologies. The songs primarily shed light on the freedom you get when you break through society's conventions.” However, we're been careful to not spread feelings of animosity of rebellion, while putting the message across about how important it is to do your thing, and not give a damn about what everybody else has to say. The album will be available online.
