After Mudhugauv, actor Gokul Suresh, son of Suresh Gopi, is back to M-town with yet another promising character. He will be seen in a prominent role in P. Jayaram Kailas’ next venture Pappu after the director’s critically acclaimed movie Akkaldhamayile Pennu.
According to the director, Gokul will be seen in a different getup in the movie that has two heroines. One heroine, Ishni, is a Malayali settled in New Zealand. The makers found Ishni after an extensive search. Details of other actors will be revealed in the coming days. Palakkad is the main location.
A romcom, the story of Pappu is by debutant Umesh Krishnan. The cinematography is by Sinu Sidharth and editing by Ranjan Abraham. Music is scored by Bijibal to the lyrics of Rafeeq Ahmed. The movie is produced by Jayalal Menon after Life of Josutty, Karinkunnam Sixes and Ore Mugham, on the banner of Blackwater Studios.
