Till now Esther Anil had the prefix child artiste to her name. It is time for that tag to be removed since she will be debuting as the heroine in noted filmmaker Shaji N Karun’s next movie.
A source close to the film says that it is a woman oriented film and will have Shine Nigam as her hero. Esther started acting in 2010 but was noticed through her role in the Jeethu Joseph film Drishyam in which she played Mohanlal’s daughter.
She was also roped in to play her role in the Telugu and Tamil versions. Esther had played a prominent role in the film Gemini. She has also signed on as the lead in two Tamil films too. Incidentally Esther will also play a role in the film Vimanam which stars Prithviraj in the lead. Esther who has shifted base to Kochi from Wayanad, is balancing her career along with her studies. She passed her Class 10 exams with flying colours and has emphasised that her education is as important as her film career.
