'Not yet confirmed my lead actor': Priyadarshan on Ajay doing Oppam remake

One of the most discussed topics in B’town in past few days is connected with the Hindi remake of superstar Mohanlal’s blockbuster film Oppam. Various publications have been giving various reports that director Priyadarsan, who will be helming the remake version too, has zeroed in on a leading actor for the protagonist role. As per the latest report is that Ajay Devgan will essay the lead role.

When contacted, Priyan tells us “All such reports are baseless. As of now I have not finalised the cast for the film. It would start production only in August and I need around one month more time to fix the cast of the film. But it is true that Ajay, Saif Ali Khan and John Abraham have watched Oppam.”
