That there would be a remake of Kattappanayile Rithwik Roshan is now old news. What is news is that it is director Nadhirshah himself who would be wielding the megaphone for the Tamil version too. Unconfirmed sources say that the title of the film would be Ajith from Aruppukottai. The little birdie also says that the actors would most probably be from Tamil with some Malayali technicians roped in.
The lead role played by Vishnu Unnikrishnan would in all probability be played by a Vijay TV anchor. The film will kick start its shoot only by next year and the locations would also include Pollachi.
