Photographer-turned-actor Shani Shaki will don the director’s cap with A Journey with My Mother — Oh! Mother India. The actor’s fans and friends from the film fraternity have wished him the best for his debut project. Actor Dulquer Salmaan also took to Facebook to share his happiness and wish his friend on his dream coming true.
The actor wrote, “Wishing my buddy Shani a.k.a #thatbeardowithalenso the very best for his dream project “Oh ! Mother India” ! He’s been talking to me about this for a long time and I think it’s very personal to him because of how close he is to his mum and how much he loves to travel. It’s inspired from true events. Can’t wait to see this come to life! all the best da chakkare !” (Sic) Shani, who debuted in Mollywood with Nee Ko Nja Cha, was last seen in Asif Ali starrer B.Tech.
