With his impressive physique and martial art skills, it is only apt that Rajeev Pillai be penciled in for the role of a warrior in the upcoming film Payyamvally Chandu directed by Salim Baba. Rajeev sheds more light on the role, “Though I am not playing the title role, I will be playing the role of a warrior.”
Rajeev will be required to brush up on his kalari skills for this role about which he says, “I have learnt kalari earlier and so know a fair bit of the moves required for the role. But I am studying kalari to brush up on my skills and add to them to lend authenticity to my role.” Here, he shares his look for the character. When asked about his other projects, Rajeev informs that he has two projects under consideration and would confirm them when the time is right.
