
Finals directed by P.R. Arun with Rajisha Vijayan in the lead chronicled an inspiring tale of survival and amazingly captured the struggles and passion of a young cyclist in the most relatable and authentic way. As the critically-acclaimed movie still runs successfully, Arun took to his Facebook wall expressing his gratitude towards the producer, actor Maniyanpilla Raju.
Explaining that most shows now are running on a full house and the movie becoming a financial success, he writes, “As a producer, Raju chettan had a clear plan. At the time of filming, he glued a chart to his door and he was so resolute to strike off each day’s task before going to bed. It became a habit for us.”
Arun also wrote how caring a parent figure Raju was during the days of filming, he winds up the thank you note, saying: “A happy producer is a happy director and a happy director is a happy producer.”
The film revolves around the struggles faced by Alice, a cyclist, and has Suraj Venjarammood and Maniyanpilla Raju’s son Niranjan in the lead roles.
