Kavi Udeshichatu will see the reunion of Biju Menon and Asif Ali after a successful pairing in the hit film Anuraga Karrikkin Vellam. Joining the duo is Narain who completes the three men who have agendas of their own. Each of them have their own individual aims, so fights with each other The story of Kavi Udeshichatu is about the unraveling of those aims.
The trio lives in a village called Allimulla which has been destroyed by gambling. One of the female leads is played by debutante Anjana Kurien and the other is Sija Rose. Others in the cast include Saiju Kurup, Lena, Sunil Sugatha, Balu Varghese, Dinesh Nair etc. The film is produced by Asif Ali under Sajin Jaffar’s banner Adam’s World of Imagination. Kavi Udeshichatu is directed by Thomas and Liju Thomas.
