Actor Unni Mukundan, who celebrated his birthday on Sunday, took to Instagram to share how special this particular birthday was and listed out the reasons too. He writes, “I have never been a big fan of huge celebrations, but this year is different, I admit I have never had such an awesome birthday EVER !! I want to thank everyone who made it so so so special ! From cutting N number of cakes to re releasing Mallu Singh, to having the special poster release of Panickar, to having a song being dedicated for me, to receiving numerable messages here and on Whatsapp and every possible place, to singing songs to sadyas and being with my most loved brothers, friends, fans and family, I had a blast !!”
What touched his heart and made him smile from ear to ear, as his photos show, was, “What stood out was the fact that I received sooo many hand written letters.. YES !!!! I remember having mentioned in some interviews how I enjoyed reading letters. Thank you to all those who took time and spent those valuable time to write them for me, I’m honoured and I’m over the top of my world ... In a time where we refrain from taking that one each step of giving that little personal touch to our happiness, these letters have clearly made my day super special !! What you wrote will always be a secret I’ll carry with myself ! I genuinely hope we continue this secrecy for life !!!” He winds up his post requesting the continued love and support of his fans.
