Jude Anthany Joseph has proved his acting chops much ago. We have back-to-back cameos from the maker of rom-com hit Ohm Shanthi Oshaana (OSO) and Oru Muthassi Gadha (OMG). It’s high time he bid adieu to blink-and-miss roles and graduated to leading roles. Jude himself broke this news on Facebook on he along with long time buddy Aju Varghese appearing in lead roles for 100 Degree Celsius director Rakesh Gopan’s second directorial — Aiswarya Vilasam Gunda Sangham.
“My wish to become a film actor has come true and going on and forward in a very unexpected moment. The movie Aiswarya Vilasam Gunda Sangham starring my dear friend Aju Varghese and I would go on floors next year. The film is an out-and-out comedy,” the post on his FB wall reads. “It’s a story of two dunderhead youths. I couldn’t contain my laugher after hearing the story. It was like ‘oh! I couldn’t direct it,” says he. The post ends in a thanksgiving note addressed to Alphonse Puthren for identifying his acting skills, Abrid Shine for giving a fillip with a nice role. He had not forgotten his “chunk bros” Vineeth Sreenivasan and Nivin Pauly. A spoof, the movie gives enough room for fresh faces including female actors.
