Be it doing a cameo or playing the hero, Jude Anthany Joseph is game. He who entered Malayalam film industry wearing a director’s hat, in no time, proved his acting skills before his audience. No matter how big or small his role is, he never forgets to showcase his best. Take for example his appearance in Premam, Action Hero Biju or Oru Muthassi Gadha. When Jude is geared up to play the lead in 100 Degree Celsius director Rakesh Gopan’s next, Aiswarya Vilasam Gunda Sangham, the actor/director himself has broke another news, that he is again becoming an actor for Lal Jose-Mohanlal flick, Velipadinte Pusthakam.

The announcement came on his Facebook wall with a brief note. There’s a flashback. “Many years ago, a Lalettan fan yearned to act in cinema. Destiny took him to LBS College in Kasargod. He happens to watch Classmates at Samrat Theatre in Kasargod on his way to obtain course completion certificate. Another wish arises— to be assistant to Lal Jose sir. Years rolled by. Lal Jose sir and Lalettan unite for a movie and the boy acts in it!!” It is understood who the boy is.

Velipadinte Pusthakam is scripted by Benny P. Nayarambalam. Vishnu Sarma cranks the camera. Music is by Shaan Rahman. Manu Manjith pens the lyrics.
