The movie narrates the story of a woman, Alice who tries to help her daughter's best friend, a patient with series kidney ailment and finally lands in unnecessary controversies for the same. March Randam Vaaram has been produced by Forline Cinemas and has actors, Mithun ramesh, Shammy Thilakan, Sreejith Ravi, and Kidilan Firoz appearing in pivotal roles.
The cinematography has been handled by Harris Abdullah and editing has been done by Peter Sajan.
