Kochi: Kerala High Court on Tuesday adjourned the anticipatory bail plea of Pradeesh Chacko, former counsel of Pulsar Suni, the main accused in the actor assault case. The court adjourned the hearing after the petitioner sought an adjournment.
The State government had opposed the bail plea. State had said that Pulsar Suni had handed over the mobile phone used to capture the act to his counsel Pradeesh Chacko at his office in Ernakulam. Police had mentioned Pradeesh Chacko in the charge sheet. The court will consider the plea on Wednesday.
