The Dileep-starrer fantasy comedy 3D film Professor Dinkan, the shooting of which was postponed due to the actor’s arrest, will reportedly resumefrom February 10. The shooting location is Thiruvananthapuram. Namitha Pramod is the female protagonist in the film who will be playing the part of a magician's daughter. The film’s budget is expected to be around Rs 25 crore.
It is the first time that a film in Malayalam will be made with the use of 3D photography technology. The movie has Dileep playing a magician whose magic trick goes wrong, affecting many lives. The subsequent story revolves around his efforts to set things right. The movie is scripted by Rafi and directed by Ramachandra Babu. The movie is mainly aimed at children and family audiences.
