Dileep gets court nod to fly abroad

He had earlier submitted his passport before the Angamaly Magistrate Court as par one of the bail conditions.

Kochi: The Ernakulam Principal Sessions Court on Monday allowed relaxation in bail conditions to enable actor Dileep, the eighth accused in the actor abduction case, travel abroad April 23-May 7. Earlier, the film star requested the court to take steps to return his passport so that he could attend promotion activities of his latest flick ‘Kammara Sambhavam’ in Dubai and Singapore.

“The court ordered to return his passport unconditionally. We’ll receive the written order only tomorrow,” a source close to him said. He had earlier submitted his passport before the Angamaly Magistrate Court as par one of the bail conditions.
Dileep is currently facing conspiracy charges in the case. The court is slated to consider the bail pleas of accused, including key accused Pulsar Suni aka Sunil Kumar, on May 21 before the trial proceedings start.
