Bubbly Namitha says that Lalettan is an intellectual person. “We all know he is a superstar and a great actor... but he is also very knowledgeable and a voracious reader! Given any small break, one would see him reading a book. I can’t imagine anyone else other than Mohanlal sir for that Pulimurugan character. Literally, he lived the role.” The Billa actress also shares one of her many fan moment with the Malayalam icon — “I wanted to take a selfie with him, but was a bit apprehensive about how he’d react. To my surprise, he was very forthcoming and immediately agreed! I never thought that this picture would go viral.”
On balancing cinema and politics, she says, “I don’t find any difficulty in handling both. When I wanted to do something for the people of Tamil Nadu, I took a call and joined AIADMK, which cares for the well-being of the people.” On a concluding note, Namitha says, “Amma (CM J.
