Anjali Ameer had made big news earlier when she was cast opposite superstar Mammootty, in an upcoming film Peranbu. Anjali, a transgender was hailed by everyone for her good looks, and for clearing a lot of hurdles coming from the struggling LGBT community in Kerala.
Now she is again in the news, as she is being cast in the first of a series of films about the LGBT community, made by a youth content portal 101india.com. This film will look at the struggles that Anjali had to face and which she successfully overcame to reach where she is.
