Sarath Kumar aka Appani Sarath, noted for his stellar debut as Appani Ravi in Lijo Jose Pellisery's Angamaly Diaries, has announced on Facebook about his latest role -- of a dad. The actor and his dancer wife Reshma are proud parents to a cutie pie. Sarath himself had posted the photos of the baby on Facebook with the caption, ‘My life’.
The actor, who, after his terrific debut, was shot to heights of fame after dancing to Jimikki Kammal in the movie Velipadinte Pusthakam, was later seen in negative roles in Pokkiri Simon and Pyppin Chuvattile Pranayam.
The actor is making his Kollywood debut with Vishal-starrer Sandakozhi 2 and Manirathnam's Chekka Chivantha Vanam. In Malayalam, Sarath will be seen in the much-anticipated big budget Odiyan, which is believed to be a magnum opus starring Mohanlal, and Dileep-starrer Professor Dinkan. Buzz is that Sarath will be sharing screen space with Kamal Hassan, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
