The ettan-ikka fans are even again. Just after a film about a Mohanlal fan hit the marquee and is being remade into Tamil, another film has been announced; the theme of which is a Mammootty fan's life. Mohanlal, directed by Sajid Yahiya, had Manju Warrier playing a diehard fan of the actor and no sooner than it hit the screens, a Tamil remake of the movie is on the cards with Jyothika acting as a Rajini fan, if sources are to be believed.
Now, Prince Avarachan has announced his directorial titled Ikkayude Sakadam with the tag line 'A tribute to Mammookka'. The movie starring Dominic Dom and Appani Sarath is expected to hit the screens in July. Interestingly, Ikkayude Sakadam is not the first film about a Mammootty fan. Earlier Prithviraj had acted as a crazy fan of the super star in the 2008 film One Way Ticket, which also saw Mammootty playing a cameo.
