Maniyan Pilla Raju’s son Niranj rose to fame as a lead actor with his latest movie Bobby opposite Miya. The actor was also applauded for his performance in the movie, where he plays the character of a boy who falls in love with an older woman and gets married to her. Next up, Niranj seems to be making a giant leap by bagging the lead character in ace director Ranjith’s upcoming movie. The screenplay for the movie, which will be released under the banner of Varnachitra, will be written by Sethu. This is the third time that Ranjith will be directing a movie for which he has not penned the script.
Niranj had made his debut in the Malayalam film industry with the movie Black Butterflies that was produced by his father. However, the movie and his character did not receive the desired popularity. Niranj, after the gap of a few years, acted in Bobby, which has now opened up new avenues for the star kid.
