Since its release Maheshinte Prathikaram was one of the topics of discussion in the film buffs’ circles. The film, which was released a year back, shot back into limelight again after the film and its scribe bagged state award as well as national awards recently. Now, the new piece of news is that Fahadh Faasil, who essayed the lead role in the film, is all set to team up for a film with the director (Dileesh Pothen) and screenwriter (Syam Puskaran) of Maheshinte Prathikaram.
However, in the new film, they will don the role of producers. According to Syam, this yet to be titled film will be directed by Madhu C. Narayanan, associate director of Dileesh and Aashiq Abu. “The project is currently under pre-production phase. It will be my second film as a solo-writer after Maheshinte Prathikaram,” says the producer-writer. Quizzed about the other actors, he says, “Soubin Shahir also will join the cast. As of now we cannot reveal more details about this project.”
