While the teaming up of Rajadhiraja fame director Ajai Vasudev and Mammootty for an upcoming film is old news, what is news are unconfirmed reports that Kollywood actor Varalaxmi Sarathkumar will be making an appearance as his heroine. The film has Mammootty playing a college professor who does not encourage any personal interactions with his students and is a tough taskmaster.
The film also has a thriller aspect to it. The Ajai Vasudev- Mammootty film is scripted by Udayakrishna. Varalaxmi and Mammootty had earlier shared screen space in the Nithin Renji Panicker film Kasaba which was her debut in Malayalam.
