August Cinemas is going full steam ahead although Prithviraj is no more a partner of the production house. The production house has already announced its next film titled Kali which will be directed by Najeem Koya. The shoot of the film is underway and stars Joju George, Shammi Thilakan, Baburaj, Prasanth, Tini Tom, Aiswarya Suresh, Vidya Vijay, Sona Nair at el.
Along with established actors, the film will also have a bevy of newcomers. Najeem has been part of some good films in his capacity as a screenwriter and his notable works include Friday and Two Countries. He is debuting as a director with Kali. The film’s story, screenplay and dialogues are handled by Najeem himself, with his friend Arouz Irfan contributing to the screenplay and dialogues.
