Unni Mukundan and Achayans director Kannan Thamarakulam join hands once again for an action thriller titled Chanakya Thanthram. As hinted in the title, Unni appears as a scheming fighter, reminiscing the legendary Chanakya. “He appears as one who takes on the enemy side with calculated moves resembling those of Chanakya. It is a big-budget movie we are planning,” says Kannan.
Anoop Menon has an equally important role. Dinesh Pallath, screenwriter of Aadupuliyattam, handles the department in this movie also.
A huge line-up of actors forms the rest of the cast including Sshivada, Sruthi Ramachandran, Sai Kumar, Ramesh Pisharody, Hareesh Kanaran, Dharmajan Bolgatty, Sambath, Jayan Cherthala, Sohan Seenulal, Dracula Sudheer, Muhammed Faisal, Arun and Niyas.
The film is produced by Muhammed Faisal under the banner of Miracle Productions. Pradeep Nair is the DoP. Verses of Kaithapram Damodaran Namboodiri are set to tune by Shaan Rahman.
