Thanmathra to go to Bollywood?

Thanmathra starring Mohanlal in the lead as an Alzheimer’s patient is a film that is considered as one of director Blessy’s finest works. Reportedly the director has announced the remake of the film in Hindi. Though it was widely speculated that the Prithviraj starrer Aadu Jeevitham based on Benyamin’s novel of the same name would be his next directorial venture, it now seems that has been pushed to the back burner.

The Bollywood remake will be Blessy’s priority now and he has kept the cast and crew details under wraps for now. Thanmathra starred Mohanlal, Meera Vasudevan, Arjun Lal, Baby Niranjana and Nedumudi Venu in pivotal roles and won a lot of awards including a National one.
