It has been around nine months since Amal Neerad started the production of his Dulquer Salmaan starrer. Till the film completed its production in Kottayam and the US, the crew remained tight lipped about the name of the film. On Thursday, the director himself announced the title — CIA (Comrade in America), through his Facebook page.
The film is touted as the story of a young politician. Written by Pavada fame Shibin Francis, the film has debutant Renadive as the DOP. It’s produced by Amal under the production of Amal Neerad Productions and will be distributed by A and A release headed by Amal along with Anwer Rasheed. Premam, Bangalore Days and Iyobinte Pusthakam were distributed by A and A release.
