He presents his first directorial like he would a stand-up act. But then that's what actor-comedian Ramesh Pisharody really excels at. In a one-and-a-half minute video he calmly announced the cast and crew of the film before showing the final slide — the title of the film and its director — Pancharvarnathatha by Ramesh Pisharody.
Manianpilla Raju turns producer for the film which will see Kunchacko Boban and Jayaram as its male leads, and Anushree as its female lead. Music comes from M. Jayachandran and background score is by Ouseppachan. Ramesh says he has also included about 30 new actors in his film, scripted by himself and Hari P. Nair. Pradeep Nair does the cinematography.
