After producing several hit comic albums, that include Dhe Maveli Kombath and NAD group, a joint venture of actor Dileep and director Nadir Shah, is all set to fund for a feature film — Kattapanayile Hrithik Roshan.
The second directorial venture of Nadir Shah after the superhit Amar Akbar Anthony marks the NAD Group’s entry to the tinsel town. Though Dileep has earlier produced several films under his banner Grand Productions, this is the first time that he will be producing a film under a different banner. Kattapanayile Hrithik Roshan, jointly produced by Dileep (NAD group) and Dr Zacharia Thomas (United Global Media Entertainment), will be written by Vishnu Unnikrishnan and Bibin George, the writers of Amar Akbar Anthony.
Vishnu, along with Soubin Shahir, is selected to essay the lead roles. Sidhique, Salim Kumar and Kalabhavan Shajon will be seen in prominent roles. When quizzed about the heroines, Nadir Shah says, “There will be two heroines in the film and they will be new faces. As of now, we are busy with the casting as we are planning to start the shoot from Chingam.”
So, does Dileep appear on screen for his production venture? “No, Dileep is not acting in this film. But you can expect some other stars in a guest roles,” he quips.
