Lakshyam, the crime thriller having Biju Menon and Indrajith in the lead roles is slated to hit the screens on May 6. The movie, directed by debutant Anzar Khan, is scripted by Jeethu Joseph. This is the first time Jeethu, director of hits like Drishyam and Oozham, is scripting for another director. Anzar was assistant to Viji Thampy and Blessy. He is also a three-time recipient of the Kerala State Television awards for his short films.
The plot has Biju and Indrajith playing convicts who are being taken from Peermade to Ernakulam. Indrajith enacts the role of an IT professional while Biju is a slum dweller. Sshivada is the female lead. The cast also comprises Kishor Satya and Shammi Thilakan.
