Renowned singer Madhubanti Bagchi, celebrated for her distinct texture and exceptional vocal dept will lend her voice to a mega-budget track titled ‘Bindaas’ in superstar Rajinikanth’s upcoming magnum opus, Jailer 2. This marks the PAN-India singer’s very first collaboration with both the legendary Rajinikanth and musical maestro Anirudh Ravichander.
The high-octane Hindi track featuring Nora Fatehi and written by lyricist Super Subu is an upbeat party dance anthem, blending fierce modern pop-culture tropes with an electrifying power struggle. Seamlessly mixing street slang, the narrative follows an unapologetic, explosive femme fatale - the ‘24-Karat Golden Girl’ as she turns a chaotic club space into her personal domain of absolute equality, levelling all societal hierarchies.
As she spins web-like traps that cause even the most dangerous alpha men to fall flat, she locks horns with an immovable, un-trappable emperor figure in a high-stakes duet of egos. Ultimately, the track delivers a burst of pure, lawless energy, leaving the listener captivated by a thrilling game of tactical seduction where the theft is absolute, but the ultimate victor remains a mystery.
This announcement follows a series of stellar career highs for Madhubanti Bagchi over the years. Known for delivering massive mainstream chartbusters, her distinct vocals have recently captivated millions in hits like ‘Aaj Ki Raat’, ‘Shararat’, ‘Uyi Amma’, ‘Peelings’, ‘Jab Talak’ and ‘Ramba Ho’ in Bollywood as well as ‘Nuvvu Naa Sonthama’, ‘Style’ and ‘Kiss Kiss Bang Bang’ in Telugu cinema. Her foray into the South Indian film industry marks an exciting new chapter for a singer who seamlessly balances indie credibility with mainstream Bollywood success.
Madhubanti Bagchi states, " Recording a track meant for the legendary Rajinikanth sir and working with Anirudh Ravichander has been an absolute delight. I cannot wait for audiences across India to hear and dance to it."
Jailer 2 which releases on 15th October 2026 is one of the most anticipated releases of the year.
