Kamal added, I think he lived life to the fullest and led a happy life. He would have completed a century in another 11 years.

Mukta was the producer of Kamal- Mani Ratnam’s cult classic Nayagan. “Mukta sir has had a long career of 75 years in cinema. Only a few know he was an amazing writer. He was the one who made me sing for the first time (‘Gnayiru Oli Mazhaiyil’ song from 1975 film Andharangam). He was one of very few filmmakers who had immense faith in my acting abilities. It was my pride having acted in Nayagan produced by him. Kamal added, I think he lived life to the fullest and led a happy life. He would have completed a century in another 11 years.
