Malayalam actor Baburaj in Sketch
The cast of Vikram and Tamannaah starrer Sketch, seems to be getting bigger day by day. Recently, we had reported that actress Sri Priyanka is playing a second lead of sorts in this venture, set in the backdrop of North Madras. Directed by Vaalu fame Vijay Chandar, this film has music scored by SS Thaman.
Malayalam actor Baburaj, who made his acting debut in Tamil with Ajith’s Jana, is now making his comeback in K’town through this film. Speaking to DC, Vijay Chandar says, “Baburaj sir’s character in the movie is a significant part of the story. The film is a multi-starrer and there are so many senior artists who play important roles in the progress of the story. So, I can’t pick one character as the antagonist. All the characters are given equal importance.”
When asked about the shooting experience, the director reveals, “We have completed 85 per cent of the film and the output is exceptional. We are aiming to release the movie in September and are working hard towards it.” While Vikram essays the role of a typical north Madras guy, Tamannaah will be seen as a college student from a middle-class family.
