Actor Arjun Sarja is back in K’town with a movie, Kolaigaran (The Murderer). Directed by Andrew Louis of Leelai fame, Vijay Antony plays one of the leads. Close sources say that Arjun’s character is with a bit of grey shades. International beauty pageant-winner Ashima Narwal forays into Tamil cinema. Arjun recently completed his shooting portions in the city.
Andrew didn’t write the script with Vijay Antony in mind as the protagonist, but he told him to visualize Arjun as the other lead. “It is not the usual hero-villain story. It’s a city-based flick and either of them could be Kolaigaran,” Andrew had told us earlier.
On Friday, Arjun completed his shooting portions for the film. The team celebrated this with a cake cutting ceremony. B. Pradeep bankrolls the thriller under the banner Diya Movies.
