Karthi and Rakul Preet Singh made a lovable onscreen pair in Theeran Adhikaaram Ondru. We reported recently that the lucky duo will be teaming up once again for a movie to be directed by debutant Rajath Ravishankar, a former associate of Saravanan, Kannan and Anurag Kashyap. The title of the movie, which was kept under wraps, is out! The film is named Dev and sources close to the unit have confirmed it.
Karthik and Ramya Krishnan, who were seen as straight forward CBI officer and con woman respectively in Suriya’s last released film Thaana Serndha Koottam, have also been roped in to play key characters. Prakash Raj, Renuka, Amrutha and Vigneshkanth will comprise the supporting cast. The technical crew includes some of the biggies like Harris Jayaraj for music and Velraj for camera.
