The film Uttraan directed by Raja Ghajini was in the news recently for Priyanka of Veyyil fame going semi-nude for a lock-up scene. There’s a buzz around the film again, as the lead girl Hiroshini walked out of the sets, reportedly because the director suddenly wanted her to do a smooching scene with the hero Roshan.
As per sources, the director had informed Hiroshini while narrating the script that there would be a ‘mild’ lip-lock scene and she had agreed to it. However, on the day when that particular scene was to be canned, Hiroshini stopped halfway and complained to Raja that the hero was smooching her. Though the hero was clueless about the difference between the two types of kisses, he was ready to go for one more take, saying he would do it as per her instruction. But a peeved Hiroshini reportedly packed up for the day.
Vela Ramamoorthy, Madhusoodhana Rao, Ravi Shankar, Jinna, Madhumitha Imman Annachi, Kothandam and Sulakshana are among the supporting cast. Halik Prabhu, a former assistant of Sukumar is behind the camera. Rahnandhan is the composer.
