As we had reported earlier, Jayam Ravi’s little son Aarav is making his screen debut alongside his dad in Tik Tik Tik, which has been touted as India’s first ever space film. Aarav will also dub for the role he essayed, and the seven-year-old completed lending his voice for the film, recently. The movie has Nivetha Pethuraj as Ravi’s pair and is directed by Sakthi Soundar Rajan, who earlier did the first Tamil zombie film, Miruthan, with Ravi.
Ravi took to his social media handle to share the proud moment as he wrote, “Proud dad! Aarav dubs for #tiktiktik God bless! Thanks bro @ShaktiRajan for
everything.” (sic)
In an earlier chat with us, Ravi had said, “Aarav is normally a hyper-active child and won’t sit in one place. He watches a lot of films and sings well too. When Shakti wanted him for a character, I went and asked him if he was interested. His instant reply was, ‘oh yes, appa’. But much to my surprise, he was very patient and focussed while we shot for two days. He will also dub for his role.”
